Integration questions
Can I build a custom integration with Servinix?+
Yes. Servinix has a public REST API and webhook system (currently in beta). Job status changes, new leads, payment events, and customer updates all fire webhooks you can point at any endpoint. For integrations that need write access back into Servinix, the API accepts JSON requests with bearer-token auth. Full API docs will be published at /api at launch.
Does Servinix support Zapier?+
Yes, in beta. The Zapier app currently supports 8 triggers (new customer, job scheduled, job completed, invoice paid, etc.) and 4 actions (create customer, schedule job, send SMS, update job status). More triggers and actions are on the roadmap based on user requests.
What if I need an integration not on this list?+
Email naveend@servinix.com with the request. We prioritize integrations based on how many customers ask for them. If you're a founding customer, we often build requested integrations during onboarding at no additional cost.
Does Servinix integrate with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber?+
No — these are direct competitors, and our integration focus is on complementary tools (accounting, payments, comms), not competing field service platforms. If you're migrating from one of these, we import your data via their CSV export. See the /alternatives pages for migration details.
Is there a fee for integrations?+
No. All integrations listed above are included in your Servinix subscription at no additional cost. You pay the underlying vendor for their service (Stripe processing fees, Twilio SMS rates, Google Maps API usage) but Servinix does not mark up or add fees on top.
