Is your site invisible
to Google — and to ChatGPT?
Enter your URL. We run 6 local SEO checks live, right here — then a deeper report follows by email: Core Web Vitals, answer engine optimization (AEO) signals for ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews, and how your reviews stack up against nearby competitors.
Six checks that matter for a Google search — and increasingly for ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews too.

What the audit reveals
Then what? The full loop
— not a menu.
A missing LocalBusiness schema tag — the single most common reason a real trades business doesn't show up for a nearby search, failing on 84% of the field-service sites in our own audit pipeline — is step one of a longer story. Here's what fixing it actually leads to:
01
Foundation
A schema-correct site, service areas, and live GPS-derived location data — built into FSM Core, not a separate product to buy.
02
Lead Engine
Brings in more of the traffic that foundation can now convert.
Why not just use Wix or Lovable?
Tools like Lovable are genuinely good at building things fast — but they're general-purpose app builders, not local-SEO tools. No CMS, no structured data, no blog subdirectory: the local-search foundation this audit checks for isn't something they set up for you. Servinix's site foundation ships schema-correct by construction — LocalBusiness markup, service-area pages, live GPS-derived location data — built into FSM Core, not something you configure yourself.
Coming: your site gets better because your business does. As Lead Engine tracks the jobs you complete, that real history — service areas you actually covered, work you actually did — is designed to feed back into your site over time. A generic AI builder has no connection to your operations, so it's only ever as current as the day you built it. This flywheel isn't live yet — we're building it now.
Then the depth — one operating loop, not three separate tools
03
AI Receptionist
- Missed-call recovery
- Two-way AI texting
- Universal inbox
- Morning briefings
04
Field Service Management
- Dispatch & scheduling
- Work orders
- Invoicing & payments
05
GPS Fleet Tracking
- Real-time vehicle location
- Crash detection
- OBD diagnostics
The site foundation comes with FSM Core. Lead Engine is early-access — pricing is live, availability is a guided rollout, not instant self-serve signup yet. Results and checks from the audit above appear as soon as it runs.
FAQ
AI search, answered plainly
What is AEO (answer engine optimization)?+
Answer engine optimization (AEO) is making your site easy for AI systems — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI Overviews — to find, read, and understand. It's the AI-era counterpart to SEO, which optimizes for traditional search rankings and clicks.
Does my robots.txt block ChatGPT or Perplexity?+
Many sites unknowingly block AI crawlers — OpenAI's OAI-SearchBot, Perplexity's PerplexityBot, and others — in their robots.txt file, often inherited from a security plugin or hosting default. A blocked crawler can't read your site at all. An open robots.txt doesn't guarantee an AI assistant will cite or rank you — it only removes one common reason it can't see your site in the first place.
How is AEO different from SEO?+
Traditional SEO optimizes for search engine rankings and clicks to your site. AEO optimizes for how AI assistants read, summarize, and decide whether to mention your business when someone asks a question — a different kind of visibility that doesn't always follow the same rules as ranking well on Google.
