Deactivate a user

Remove someone's access without erasing their record.

Before you start

You need an administrator account.

Steps

1. Open Settings › Users.
2. Find the user and choose Deactivate, then confirm.
3. To find them later, set the Status filter to Deactivated.

Result / verify

The user loses access but remains in your list with a Deactivated status, so you can review or restore them.
