Set your starting Job, Estimate, and Invoice numbers when you switch to Servinix

If you're migrating from another system or from paper records, you can set the starting number for your jobs, estimates, and invoices so your numbering picks up where you left off instead of restarting at 1.

Before you start

You'll need your last-used job, estimate, and invoice numbers from your previous system.

Steps

1. During onboarding, open the numbering setup step.
2. Enter your desired starting number for Jobs, Estimates, and Invoices.
3. Save your settings.

Result / verify

New jobs, estimates, and invoices created in Servinix continue numbering from the values you entered.
