Check your payout status on the Payments page
2 min read
If you finished Stripe setup, the Connect tab in Settings > Payments shows your payout details. In an earlier version, this page could say Payouts: Not configured when Stripe had payouts on. The page was wrong. Your card payments were not affected.
What you see now
On the Connect tab, the account box shows:
- Your business name as the heading. It no longer shows the generic heading Connected account.
- Charges: shows Enabled when you can take card payments.
- Payouts: shows your payout schedule and the last four digits of the bank account that Stripe pays into. For example, **Daily to **6789.
- The Active label, when Stripe reports the account as active.
- Processing: shows only when Servinix has a real daily limit from Stripe. Older versions showed Unlimited/day. That figure did not come from Stripe. It is gone.
Before you start
- You need an Owner or Admin role to open Settings > Payments.
- You must have finished the Stripe setup. See Connect and configure Stripe payments.
Steps
- Go to Settings > Payments.
- Open the Connect tab.
- Read the Payouts line in the account box.
- If the page still shows old values, reload the page and read it again.
What it means for your money
- If Payouts shows a schedule and four digits, Servinix has read your payout details from Stripe.
- If Payouts still says Not configured, Servinix has no payout schedule for your account. Do not assume your money is lost. Check your payout settings in Stripe, and then contact support if Stripe shows payouts as on.
Common questions
I see the Active label but Payouts says Not configured. Am I getting paid? Check the account in Stripe. The Stripe dashboard is the source for what Stripe pays out and when. If Stripe shows payouts on, tell support what the Payments page shows.
Does Servinix pay me directly? No. Stripe processes the card payment and pays out to the bank account you linked in Stripe.
