Create a customer from the AI Assistant

Ask the AI Assistant to set up a new customer for you. It drafts a card with the details, and nothing is created until you approve it.

Steps

  1. Open AI Assistant.
  2. In the chat, describe the customer, for example: "Create a new residential customer: name, phone, email, and a site at their home address."
  3. Check the Create customer card that appears. If you gave only a site address, it is also used as the billing address.
  4. To change anything, including the email or address, click Edit and update the fields.
  5. Click Approve.

Result / verify

The customer is created with the details shown on the card. If the customer can't be created, the card stays waiting for approval and tells you why, so you can fix it and try again.
