See what really happened after you approve a payment action in the assistant

When the assistant suggests recording a payment, texting a payment link or following up on overdue invoices, the card now shows the actual result once you approve it.

Steps

1. Open the assistant with the sparkles button in the page header.
2. Ask it to take a payment action, for example "Daniel Reyes paid $10 cash on invoice 00065".
3. Check the details on the card, then click Approve.
4. Read the line that appears under the card's header.

Result / verify

The card tells you whether the action was completed, was only simulated, or failed. If it wasn't completed, the card won't say "Recorded." or "Sent." To double-check, open the invoice and look at its balance and payments.
