Understand "Decided by" on the Assistant activity page

Each row on the Assistant activity page shows who proposed a change and who decided it. This article explains the two words you may see where a name would normally be.

Steps

  1. Open AI Assistant › Activity.
  2. Find a row and read its outcome and the Decided by text.

Result / verify

  • Decided by Unknown: the change was carried out or rejected, but the person who decided can't be shown, for example because their account was removed.
  • Decided by No one: the change expired before anyone approved or rejected it.
  • Every other decided row shows the name of the person who decided.
