Who can see the AI Assistant

The AI Assistant shows only for users whose role includes AI access. Users without it won't see the assistant in the side menu or the header.

Before you start

You need permission to manage roles.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings › Roles.
  2. Open the role you want to check.
  3. Turn on AI access for the role to give its users the AI Assistant, or leave it off to hide it.
  4. Save the role.

Result / verify

Users with that role see AI Assistant in the side menu and the assistant shortcut in the header only when the role includes AI access.
