Replay a trip in 3D on the live map

You can replay a recorded trip in 3D to watch the vehicle move along its route with the time, speed, and trip events updating as it goes.

Before you start

• Pick a person or vehicle that has a recorded trip for the day you want.

Steps

1. Open Live, pick a person, and open their trip history.
2. Select the day and open a leg replay.
3. Set the map view toggle to 3D.
4. Press Play. Optionally change the speed (2×, 4×, 8×, 16×).

Result / verify

The vehicle moves smoothly along the speed-coloured trail, the playhead and timestamp advance, trip events count up, and pause, resume, and seek all respond.
