View AI Receptionist settings with a view-only role

If your role lets you view AI settings but not change them, you can still open every AI Receptionist settings tab to see how your receptionist is set up. The controls are locked so nothing is changed by mistake.

Before you start

You need a role with view-only access to AI features. To make changes, ask an admin to update your role.

Steps

  1. Open AI Receptionist › Settings.
  2. Pick a tab: General, Voice, SMS, Web Chat or FAQs.
  3. Review the settings shown.

Result / verify

Each tab shows the message "You can view these settings but not change them. Ask an admin for access." Switches and fields are locked, and clicking them does nothing.
