Track AI Receptionist setup with the dashboard checklist

Use the Get started checklist on the AI Receptionist dashboard to see which setup steps are done and which still need attention.

Before you start

You need access to the AI Receptionist.

Steps

  1. Open AI Receptionist › Dashboard.
  2. Review the Get started checklist.
  3. Check the Voice row. It's marked done once you have a phone number and the receptionist is answering calls on it. Voice doesn't need text-message (SMS) registration.
  4. Check the SMS row. It's marked done once your text-message registration is approved.
  5. Click Start or Review next to a row to open that step.

Result / verify

The checklist matches the status banner above it. Recent conversations shows your total number of conversations, and you can page through all of them.
