How your assistant answers questions about services you haven't listed
1 min read
Your assistant only says yes or no about a service when your business information covers it. Anything else goes to your team, so customers never get a promise you didn't make.
What customers see in web chat
If a visitor asks about a service your FAQs, price book or business profile don't mention, the assistant says it isn't sure, tells them it has passed the question to your team, and still takes their request.
What you see in drafted FAQ answers
- Open Assistant › Asks.
- Find the question the assistant flagged.
- Read the drafted answer. Anything your business information doesn't cover appears as a blank in square brackets, for example [whether you service propane units].
- Fill in the blank or edit the answer, then approve it.
Result / verify
Once you approve an answer, the assistant can use it with customers. To have the assistant confirm a service, add it to your FAQs, price book or business profile.
