Web chat requests keep the visitor's address when they choose their own time
1 min read
A visitor on your web chat can turn down the times the assistant offers and ask for a time that suits them. The assistant now keeps their address in every summary it reads back and logs the request with that address and their preferred time.
Steps
- A visitor gives their name, phone number and address in your web chat.
- They turn down the offered times and ask for their own, for example "Saturday morning".
- They confirm the summary the assistant reads back.

Open your Inbox. The new request is there, with the visitor's address in the Address field and the time they asked for as the preferred time.
