Maya takes a visitor's own preferred time in web chat

If none of the times Maya offers work for a web chat visitor, Maya now writes down the time they ask for and sends you the request. She does not offer the same times again.

Steps

1. Open your web chat and ask for service.
2. Turn down the times Maya offers and give your own time, for example "Monday evening after 6."
3. Give your name, phone number and address, then ask Maya to submit the request.

Result / verify

Maya repeats the time you gave and tells you the office will confirm it. A new request with that preferred time appears for your office. This also works when the time is on a day you are closed.
