Open the details of a customer's review feedback

When a customer leaves feedback on a finished job, you can open that feedback to see the full rating and details without leaving the list.

Before you start

• You need access to the Automations area.
• At least one customer must have left feedback.

Steps

1. Go to Automations.
2. Open the Reviews tab to see the feedback list.
3. Click the feedback row you want to look at.

Result / verify

A details panel slides in from the side of the screen. Its header shows the star rating, the customer's name, how long ago the feedback was received, and its current status. Close the panel to return to the list, which stays exactly where you left it.
