Check the technician and ETA on the tracking page from a phone

When a customer opens a tracking link on a phone, the panel below the map shows who is coming and when they are expected to arrive.

Before you start

• The job needs an assigned technician.
• The customer needs the tracking link, which is sent when the technician marks themselves on the way.

Steps

1. Open the tracking link on a phone.
2. Look at the panel at the bottom of the screen, below the map.
3. Drag the panel upward by its handle to see the rest of its contents.

Result / verify

The technician's name and the estimated arrival time are visible on the phone screen, and the panel scrolls far enough to reveal all of its content.
