Pick a service date and technician for unscheduled jobs

For a job that doesn't yet have a service date, Find Tech now walks you through setting one before assigning a technician.

Steps

1. On the Live page, select Find Tech on an unscheduled job.
2. Choose a service date and time — past dates aren't selectable.
3. Choose a technician from the full available list.

Result / verify

The job now has a service date and assigned technician, and the technician list showed your complete roster.
