Sites label cleaned up when promoting a lead to a customer

When converting a lead into a customer, the Sites section header no longer shows an unnecessary 'optional' label.

Steps

1. Open Inbox and select a lead.
2. Click Promote to Customer.
3. Review the Sites section header.

Result / verify

The Sites header now reads simply "Sites", with no 'optional' text.
