Read Inbox requests fully in Spanish

If you use Servinix in Spanish, every part of a request in your Inbox is now in Spanish, including how the customer found you, the urgency and channel tags, and the dates.

Before you start

Set your language to Español under Profile › Edit › Language.

Steps

1. Open Bandeja de entrada › Solicitudes.
2. Click a request.
3. Read the header and the details.

Result / verify

You see labels such as "Cómo nos conoció" and "Cambiar", tags such as "Urgente" and "Chat web", and dates with Spanish month names, such as "Creada 5 oct". The time tags in the request list read "Hoy" and "Mañana".
