Deposit status on a project now updates automatically

The deposit panel on a project page now reflects the true state of the deposit as it's collected and applied to invoices.
Result / verify
Once a deposit is fully applied to a project's invoices, the Deposit panel badge shows Consumed instead of staying on Pending.
