Approve or decline an estimate from your emailed link

When a company sends you an estimate, the link in that email opens the estimate itself — the actual amounts you were quoted — so you can approve or decline it without creating an account.

Before you start

• You need the estimate link from the email or text message you were sent.
• No login or password is required.

Steps

1. Open the estimate link from your email or text message.
2. Review the line items, the total, and any deposit shown on the page.
3. Choose Approve to accept the estimate, or Decline if you don't want to go ahead.
4. If you're declining, add a short reason so the company knows why.
5. Sign where prompted, then confirm your choice.

Result / verify

The estimate updates to show it has been approved or declined, and the company is notified. If the link has expired or was copied incorrectly, the page tells you the estimate can't be found — contact the company and ask them to resend it rather than retyping the link.
