Estimate reminder emails now show every option

Reminder and expiry emails for estimates with several options now list every option and its price, just like the first estimate email. Your customer is no longer reminded of only one price.

Before you start

• You need a sent estimate with two or more options for a customer with an email address.

Steps

1. Go to Estimates.
2. Select the estimate in the list.
3. Click Email Reminder.

Result / verify

• The reminder email lists each option with its price, and the recommended option is marked.
• Automatic reminders and the email sent when an estimate expires follow the same layout.
