See your full technician list when assigning a job

When you use Find Tech to assign a job, you now see your entire available technician roster, not just a handful of top matches.

Steps

1. On the Live page, Jobs tab, select Find Tech on a job.
2. Review the technician list.

Result / verify

All available technicians are listed, with recommended matches highlighted first.
