See playbook totals and qualified technicians when creating a job on a phone or tablet

When you create or edit a job on a phone or tablet, you can now see the job's playbook totals, the credentials it requires and how many of your technicians qualify, as you can on a desktop.

Before you start

You need permission to create or edit jobs. The job needs at least one service that has a playbook.

Steps

1. Go to Jobs and select Add job, or open an existing job and choose to edit it.
2. Add one or more services that have playbooks.
3. Scroll the form to find the job summary.

Result / verify

The summary shows the playbook totals (Steps, Readings, Locked records), the Requires list of credentials and a line such as "1 of 15 technicians qualify". Check these before you save the job.
