Cancel a service-agreement job from the web app

You can now cancel a job that was generated by a service agreement directly from the admin side, with the same result as a technician-initiated cancellation.

Steps

1. Open the service agreement.
2. In the Visits list, find the visit you want to cancel.
3. Select Cancel and confirm.
4. Optionally enter a cancellation reason.

Result / verify

The visit is cancelled, any assigned technicians are released, and the customer receives a cancellation email.
