See a paid receipt when a customer opens a payment link

When an invoice has been paid in full, the payment link you sent now opens a "Paid in full" receipt page instead of a payment screen with a disabled button.

Before you start

• The invoice must be paid in full.
• Very old links may have expired. If a link no longer opens, resend the payment link from the invoice to generate a fresh one.

Steps

1. Open Jobs and select the job you want to check.
2. Go to the Money section of the job details.
3. Select the payment link shown for the invoice.

Result / verify

The link opens the customer payment page and shows the invoice as paid in full, with a receipt-style summary of the amount paid. Customers who open the same link see the same confirmation, so they no longer land on a "Pay securely" screen for something they have already paid.
