Fix a website generation that couldn't start

If your website can't be generated, the Growth › Website page now tells you which business detail is missing or incorrect, so you can fix it and try again.

Before you start

You need access to Growth › Website.

Steps

1. Go to Growth › Website and start a generation or regeneration.
2. If the generation can't start, read the message on the page. It names the detail that needs attention, for example Primary city or Business type.
3. Select Review your details and correct the named field.
4. Start the generation again.

Result / verify

The progress steps only show as complete once the work has actually been done. If the details are now correct, the generation goes ahead and you can follow its progress on the page.
