Collect a rating on a service playbook form

Add a rating field to a service playbook form so technicians can record it while on site.

Before you start

You need permission to edit service playbooks.

Steps

1. Open the service playbook you want to edit.
2. Add a new form element and choose Rating.
3. Pick the rating scale you want (for example, 5 stars or a smiley scale).
4. Save the playbook.

Result / verify

Open the form in the mobile app on a job that uses this playbook — the rating now displays and can be tapped, instead of showing "not configured".
