Expired estimates no longer show Send or Approve actions

Once an estimate moves to Lost — Expired, no action buttons remain available.

Steps

1. Go to Estimates and filter for Lost — Expired.
2. Open an expired estimate.

Result / verify

The estimates list shows no action buttons for expired rows, and the estimate detail's ⋮ menu shows only Refresh, Copy Link, Download PDF, and Print — no Send or Approve.
