See the right technician status after you reassign or delete a job

When you change a job's crew or delete a job, the technicians you took off it now show their live status on the job they are actually working.

Before you start

You need access to the Live dispatch screen.

Steps

1. Open Live and go to the Jobs tab.
2. Click the job you want to change.
3. Click Reassign, then click Assign next to the technician you want.

Result / verify

The new technician appears on the job card. Technicians you removed no longer show on that job. Their live status (for example, No signal) now appears on their other job for the day. The same happens when you delete a job.
