Turn on notifications in the technician app

Enable notifications so you receive job and schedule alerts, and clear the "Blocked – Tap to Open Settings" message if it appears.

Before you start

• Install the Servinix Go app and sign in as a technician.

Steps

1. Open the app and go to the permissions step during onboarding.
2. Tap the notification toggle to turn it on.
3. If you previously blocked notifications, tap "Tap to Open Settings", allow notifications for Servinix Go in your device settings, then return to the app.

Result / verify

The "Blocked – Tap to Open Settings" message clears right away and notifications show as enabled.
