See and manage re-entry restricted zones on the Live map

When a treatment puts a site under a re-entry restriction, the Live map draws it as a red zone. You can see how long is left and when the site is safe to enter again.

Before you start

A restriction is shown only while one is active at a customer site.

Steps

1. Open Live.
2. Press Ctrl+K and type restrict.
3. Choose Show restricted zones or Hide restricted zones to turn the layer on or off. The option shows how many zones are active.
4. On the map, read the countdown pill on a zone to see how long is left.
5. Click the zone to open its details, including the material used and the time it lifts.
6. Click × or press Escape to close the details.
7. Open a job at a restricted site to see the Restricted badge on the job page.

Result / verify

Restricted jobs say Restricted · safe at followed by a time in the site's own time zone. If restrictions can't be loaded, you'll see a warning, so a job is never shown as safe when it might not be.
