See everything that will be hidden before you turn off a trade

When you turn off a trade, the confirmation tells you how many items will stop showing. That count now includes the pricebook categories you added for that trade yourself.

Before you start

You need admin access to Settings.

Steps

1. Go to Settings › Trades.
2. Open Actions for the trade you want to turn off.
3. Select Turn off.
4. Read the confirmation. It lists how many items will stop showing, including categories you added.
5. Select Turn off to confirm, or cancel.

Result / verify

The categories counted in the confirmation no longer appear in Manage categories or in the pricebook's trade filter. Nothing is deleted. Turn the trade back on and they come back.
