Verify with a PIN to open your customer portal

When you open your portal from a link we sent, you confirm it's you with a short PIN before you can view your appointments and estimates.

Before you start

• Open the portal link from your email or text message.
• Have the phone number on your account handy.

Steps

1. Open the portal link. The verification screen appears.
2. Enter the last 4 digits of your phone number into the four boxes. Each box holds one digit and the next box is selected automatically.
3. The portal opens once all four digits are entered correctly.

Result / verify

You see your portal home with your appointments and estimates instead of the PIN screen.
