Understand when a job shows as Open or Dispatched

Job status on the Job page now follows clearer rules based on scheduling.

Steps

1. A job with no technician and no appointment time/date shows as Open.
2. Assigning only a technician (without a time/date) keeps the job Open.
3. Assigning a technician and an appointment time and date moves the job to Dispatched.

The Job page filter rail shows Open and Dispatched counts that match your jobs' current assignment state.
