Get job notifications on the mobile app

The mobile app now shows push notifications and opens the right screen when you tap one, whether the app was closed or already open.

Before you start

• Sign in to the mobile app as a technician.
• Allow notifications when the app asks for permission.

Steps

1. Keep notifications enabled for the app in your phone settings.
2. When a notification arrives, tap it.
3. The app opens straight to the referenced job or estimate.

Result / verify

You see notifications appear on your device, and tapping one takes you directly to the related job or estimate instead of doing nothing.
