Find items below their reorder point in Inventory reorder

Use the Alerts view to see which items need restocking now. Use Set point to choose a reorder point for an existing vehicle, warehouse or site.

Before you start

You need access to Settings.

Steps

1. Go to Settings › Inventory reorder.
2. Switch to Alerts to see the items that are below their reorder point right now.
3. To add or change a reorder point, click Set point.
4. In Scope, choose a vehicle, warehouse or site. Options are grouped by type. Locations with the same name show an extra detail so you can tell them apart.
5. Enter the reorder point and save.

Result / verify

The Thresholds table marks the same items Below that appear in Alerts. Restocked items leave the list. A saved location that no longer exists is marked as unresolved and is not shown as if it were a real name.
