Tell your iPhones apart when choosing your phone in Servinix Go

If more than one iPhone is used with your account, Servinix Go now shows the date each phone was added, so you can pick the right one. It also recognizes the phone you're using more reliably, so you'll see the phone list less often.

Before you start

You need the latest version of Servinix Go installed on your iPhone.

Steps

1. Open Servinix Go and sign in.
2. If Select your phone appears, read the date under each phone (for example, "added [date]").
3. Tap the phone whose date matches when you first set up this device.

Result / verify

The app opens to your work. In most cases, the next time you sign in on the same phone it's recognized automatically and you won't be asked to choose.
