Filter the Live page by status with counts you can trust

The status filters on the Live page show how many jobs, technicians or vehicles are in each status. When you select one, the list shows the same number.

Steps

1. Go to Live and choose Jobs, Techs or Vehicles.
2. Open Status and read the count next to each status.
3. Tick a status, such as Late, to filter by it.
4. Check the list and the map.

Result / verify

The list shows as many items as the status count said. Every status stays in the menu even when its count is zero. On Vehicles, extra filters like Check engine on, No driver and Not on the map appear only when at least one vehicle matches them or you have ticked them.
