Make sure paid invoices show as paid in QuickBooks

Payments you took before connecting QuickBooks, or while the connection was down, now sync to QuickBooks along with their invoices. Your QuickBooks books then show those invoices as paid, not still owed.

Before you start

• You need access to Settings → Integrations → Accounting.
• QuickBooks must be connected.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Accounting.
2. Check the Last sync tile to see when your account last synced.
3. To sync now without waiting, select Sync Now for invoices or payments.
4. Read the message that appears to see what was sent or was already up to date.
5. To change how syncing works, open Sync settings, make your changes and save.

Result / verify

Open a paid invoice in QuickBooks. It shows as settled and its balance matches Servinix. Payments you recorded while QuickBooks was disconnected catch up automatically, and Sync Now confirms each run with a message.
