See technician availability correctly on the dispatch board

The dispatch board shows when each technician is on shift so you can assign work to available people.

Steps

1. Open the Dispatch board.
2. Confirm the selected day is today.
3. Look at each technician's row and shift hours.

Result / verify

A technician on shift shows as available and schedulable across their full shift window, with only their off-shift hours dimmed — even when your browser's timezone differs from the technician's location.
