Review and verify technician credentials on the Compliance page

1 min read

The Compliance page collects your team's licences, certifications and other credentials in one place, shows you what is about to expire, and lets an administrator verify what people submit.

Before you start

  • You need an administrator account to verify or reject a credential. Dispatchers and technicians can view credentials but are not offered the Verify queue.
  • Technicians see only their own credentials. Credentials belonging to colleagues are not shown to them.

Steps

  1. Open Settings and choose Compliance.
  2. Use the Expiring tab to see credentials approaching their expiry date. Everything that is expiring is listed here, including items due today, no matter how many credentials your company holds.
  3. Select a column heading to sort the list — for example by expiry date, so the most urgent sits at the top.
  4. Open the Verify tab to work through credentials awaiting a decision, and choose Verify or Reject on each one. A rejected credential is labelled as rejected rather than left reading "Awaiting verification".
  5. Use Add / renew on a person's row to upload a replacement document. Fill in the issue and expiry dates, then save.

Result / verify

The Expiring tab lists every credential inside its expiry window and reorders when you sort. Verified and rejected credentials each carry their own label, and people only see the credentials they are entitled to see.
