Service agreement labels now use Title Case

On the Service Agreements pages, titles, buttons, tabs and section headings now use Title Case, the same style used across Servinix. Agreements work the same way as before.

Result / verify

1. Open Service Agreements. The page title reads "Service Agreements", and the buttons read "Add Service Agreement" and "Send Auto-Pay Link".
2. Open any agreement. Section headings and action buttons, such as "Cancel Plan", read in Title Case.
3. Messages and helper text are still written as normal sentences.
