Updated label style on the Payments pages

Labels on the Payments pages now use Title Case, the same as the rest of Servinix. For example, a column that read "Balance owed" now reads "Balance Owed", and a status that read "Partially paid" now reads "Partially Paid".

Result / verify

Open Payments. Tabs, column headers, buttons, badges and field labels show in Title Case. Help text, messages and placeholders still read as normal sentences. Nothing else about how payments work has changed.
