Pick items from the right category in a playbook task on Servinix Go

If a playbook item line is limited to a pricebook category or sub-category, technicians now see only those items on the phone. They no longer scroll through the whole pricebook.

Before you start

• An office user sets the category or sub-category on the playbook line in the web playbook builder.

Steps

1. In Servinix Go, open the job.
2. Open the playbook task that has the item line.
3. Tap the item line to open the list of items.

Result / verify

The list shows only items in the chosen category or sub-category. A line with no limit still shows the full pricebook.
