Sign back in with your fingerprint when your session expires during a job

If your session expires while you're on a job, Servinix Go asks you to sign back in so you can keep working.
Before you start
- To use your fingerprint, set up a fingerprint on your phone and turn on fingerprint sign-in in Servinix Go.
- If the office signed you out, for example after changing your password, you need to sign in with your new password. Your fingerprint can't be used in that case.
Steps
- Return to the app and tap anywhere. The sign-in sheet opens.
- Tap Unlock with biometric and scan your fingerprint.
- To use your password instead, tap Use password instead, enter your password and tap Sign in. Tap the eye icon to show what you typed.
- If you're asked whether to keep fingerprint unlock, confirm it so you can use your fingerprint next time.
Result / verify
The job you were working on opens again. The next time your session expires, you're offered fingerprint unlock again.
